Cancellation policy

Soft Pause Mail Club is a monthly subscription.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, changes must be made before your billing date (the anniversary of your original purchase).

Once a renewal has been processed, it cannot be refunded, as your monthly mail is already being prepared.

If you change your mind after renewing, your cancellation will apply to the following month.

You can also update your shipping address, pause, or manage your subscription anytime through your account.
