Cancellation policy

f you need to cancel your order, please email eli@shelovesclouds.com as soon as possible.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they have been printed, prepared, or shipped.

Because many items are made to order, once production has begun or your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Custom or personalized artwork begins production shortly after your order is placed and cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
