She Loves Clouds offers fine art prints (physical products) and a monthly subscription mail club called the Soft Pause Mail Club.

Art Prints
All art prints are created from original artwork by Eli Bajet. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Prints are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
Soft Pause Mail Club (Monthly Subscription)
The Soft Pause Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription that includes mailed prints, letters, or ritual content. Subscription content may evolve over time while maintaining the spirit of calm, reflection, and beauty.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Subscriptions are billed on the anniversary date of the original purchase each month. Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel in advance.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are accurate and up to date. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal services.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Art Prints – Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for art prints. Each print is carefully inspected before shipping.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact shelovesclouds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can assess the issue. If the damage is confirmed, we may offer a replacement at our discretion and subject to availability.
We do not offer refunds for prints, including cases of incorrect address, unclaimed mail, or delays caused by postal services. Slight variations in colour, paper texture, or print appearance are part of the artistic and printing process and are not considered defects.
Soft Pause Mail Club – Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your monthly anniversary date. If you cancel after your anniversary date, the next payment will already have been processed and no refund will be issued. No refunds are provided for subscription payments once charged. Any items already prepared or shipped for the current billing cycle will not be replaced or refunded.
Lost or Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services once an item has shipped.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, text, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Eli Bajet. Purchasing a print or subscription does not transfer copyright.
Privacy Policy
We may collect the following information: name and email address, shipping and billing address, payment confirmation (payment details are processed securely by third‑party providers), subscription status, and order history.
